CGL C5 (from Est railway company)
A third class four-wheeled carriage was bought from the old Est railway company in 1937. This coach have 5 lateral doors and serves for heavy trafic days (market day train or bank holiday day, Friday evening and Sunday evening trains).
I have modelled this carriage with 1 mm thick cardboard on an extended Peco chassis.
The interior is fully detailed. The roof is made with a fine metal sheet. |

CGL C5
This carriage was built during the 20s’ for CGL and have 5 doors. It operates for passenger trains or it serves like a railcar’s trailer when the trafic is heavy.
I scratchbuilt this carriage using styrene (different thicknesses). I used some commercial parts like : buffers, door handles, wheel sets and bearings, screw link couplers to detail the model.
The inside detailing is under construction.
